Popular Actor, Femi Branch celebrates Mathematics Genius Faith Odunsi, enjoins Ogun Gov to emulate same

Renowned Nollywood Actor and Poet, Femi Branch, today, took to his verified Instagram page to celebrate Faith Odunsi, 15, who recently made Nigeria proud as she emerged the winner of the Global Open Mathematics Tournament, an international competition with participants from Europe, Africa, America, Asia and Australia.
The mathematics guru who hails from Ijebu, Ogun state, was celebrated by the actor with words of encouragement.
Femi described Faith as a perfect combination of beauty, bold and intelligent, noting that she is not just a national treasure to herself, family, school but a treasure to the African continent and the entire world.
Faith, an SS3 student from The Ambassadors College Ota, shared her experience winning the global competition in an interview.
During the live session, which Western Nigeria Publica participated, Femi Branch acknowledged Faith's enthusiasm and pragmatic efforts towards achieving this feat, which he ascribed her success to hardworking, dedication and prayers.
When asked what sh would love to study in the Higher Institution, the young achiever wants to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering abroad because she believes there will be enough structures in place there to enhance the learning experience.
"Despite the fact that there are few ladies in the Engineering Industry, I still chose to study Computer Engineer, with the aim of becoming one of the best Engineers in the world," she said during the live session with Femi Brach.
Femi, however, encouraged the young genius to keep working towards achieving this feat, adding that he loves to see her triumph and become one of the top 3 Computer Engineers in the world.
Similarly, the popular actor enjoined the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun to also follow this mantra by celebrating Faith, which he said it is a pride for the state and the entire country. He said that Faith, being an indigene of the state is worthy of emulation as she made the entire country proud.
He said that Faith should be celebrated as Olamilekan Agbeleshe popularly known as Laycon, who won the 2020 BBNaija was also celebrated.
Furthermore, the movie star encouraged Faith and other colleagues to continue making the nation proud, reiterating that people only celebrate success and "I am proud to celebrate with Faith this afternoon," he said.
In this regard, Femi stated that he is anticipating to meeting the Mathematics genius in person and have words with her.
