The Stellar Initiative is set to host largest all male conference 2025

The Stellar Initiative(TSI), a non-governmental organisation, has announced plans to host what is expected to be the largest all-male conference(The Boycode) in history.
Under the theme "Raising Giants: Empowering the Next Generation of Male Leaders;” the boycode conference aims to provide a transformative experience for over 5,000 boys from across the globe in May 2025.
Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, the Founder of TSI, Precious Eniayekan , said the conference would change the narrative around boys, adding it is a call to action for them as an organisation.
According to her, “The Boycode Conference is not just an event; it is a global call to action. It is a blueprint for the future, a convergence of ideas, and a celebration of the resilience and brilliance that lies within our young men. It is a space where boys can come together to redefine leadership, embrace vulnerability, and create a ripple effect of transformation that will touch families, communities, and nations.”
“We have witnessed boys who overcame adversity, found their voice, and are now on a path to becoming global champions, standing tall with hope and purpose.
“Despite significant progress, the work is far from done. For every boy reached, countless others are still waiting for the same chance to discover their potential. This is why the Boycode Conference 2025 is being launched, marking the next chapter in this vital journey.”
Since its inception in 2021, Boycode Bootcamp has been more than a program; it has evolved into a movement aimed at redefining leadership for boys. The Stellar Initiative has impacted hundreds of boys, equipping them with mentorship, life skills, and leadership opportunities. These boys, many overcoming significant adversities, have grown into agents of change and purpose.
Despite the successes, The Stellar Initiative recognizes the enormous need to reach even more boys yearning for empowerment. "The future of our communities, nations, and humanity depends on how we empower the next generation of boys to become men of purpose, empathy, and vision," Precious added.
Prominent Nigerian comedian Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, popularly known as Ali Baba, expressed his enthusiasm for the project.
“There are numerous things that boys across the world are lacking, and it is crucial to make them aware of these things so they can live purposeful lives, make an impact, and advance as a people as they start to raise their families,” he stated.
While sharing his personal experience, the ace comedian highlighted the cultural biases and immense pressures on boys to uphold certain roles. “Raising a boy to a man is a major task. One of our society’s failures has been training our boys not to respect girls and also not to be girls, which is not right.”
Nigerian actor Daniel Etim Effiong, accompanied by his wife, media entrepreneur Toyosi Etim-Effiong, commended the initiative, emphasizing the importance of balance. They highlighted the need to extend attention to boys as well, stating, “We cannot adequately prepare for the future of women without addressing the needs of boys who will grow into men.”
The Boycode Conference 2025 will host an impressive lineup of speakers, including tech founders, global conglomerate leaders, and international coaches. These visionaries will share insights to inspire participants to embrace purpose and aim higher.
The Stellar Initiative extends an open invitation to brands, organizations, and individuals to partner in this transformative endeavor. As Precious Eniayekan remarked: "Together, we can build a world where every boy knows he is seen, valued, and capable of greatness." Quoting Nelson Mandela, Eniayekan emphasized the importance of empowering the next generation:
