NASFAT Youth Wing Ogun Zone 1 Announces Leadership Retreat

NASFAT Youth Wing Ogun Zone 1 is pleased to announce its upcoming Leadership Retreat scheduled from April 26th to April 28th, 2024.

This capacity training event is designed to refresh and enhance the leadership skills of the youth wing leaders across the zone, encouraging them to recognize leadership needs and proactively address them.

The theme for this year's Retreat is tagged  "Shaping the Future: Trends and Insights for Effective and Efficient Leadership."

The retreat will feature seasoned speakers, such as Qudus Olalekan and Hajiah Kafayah Oyewo Oyelere who have ascended through various levels of leadership within NASFAT—from Branch Amir and Amira respectively to Zonal Executive members, and up to National Youth Wing Executive roles. Their wealth of experience and  deep understanding of the intricacies of NASFAT’s leadership will provide invaluable learning for all attendees.

In a Press Release made available to Western Nigeria Publica,  the Coordinator Ayinla Olaide,  highlighted the importance of this retreat, stating, "This leadership training is not just an event, but a transformational experience that will equip our leaders with the necessary tools to effectively guide their branches,communities and beyond."

Emphasizing the importance of the Retreat, the Chairman of the Committee Rasak Lawal, urged all participants to fully prepare for the 3-day event in other to maximize the benefits of the program.

"We urge all participants to come prepared and be fully engaged throughout the retreat to maximize the benefits of this unique educational opportunity,” he said.

The retreat promises to be a pivotal moment for the NASFAT Youth Wing leaders in ogun zone 1, providing them with new insights and trends that will shape their leadership paths. We look forward to a successful and enriching experience for all participants.
