Emerald Edu Concept and Services, an organization that aims at providing quality education, training, services and initiatives is set to hold the 3rd Virtual Educators Conference designed to address and work out a global agenda and framework for the growth of the profession.
In a statement issued and signed by the convener, Mr. Odusanya Olalekan Adeola, on Wednesday, said the conference, which is the largest gathering of all educators across the globe, is aimed at bringing teachers together to learn, connect, share ideas and interact, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to be better teachers and achieve more in the profession.
"The Conference brings global dynamic educators, lead trainers and consultants, management experts, and global award winners in various sections such as plenary, workshops, lectures, Strategy, Discussion, among others."
Olalekan revealed that the four-day virtual conference will take place between 29th of September and 2nd of October, 2022 with the theme: "Beyond the classroom."
He said the theme emphasises the roles of educators in creating sustainable development and global impacts, adding that educators will be exposed to how learning can take place beyond the four walls of the classroom and how they can drive growth across strata.
"This is the new trend in teaching, and this conference aims to expose educators to it."

"The conference is an event that aims to bring educators together from across the globe to learn, connect, interact and innovate."

Olalekan noted that the keynote speakers will be Director, West Africa Region Array Global Education Services USA, Mohamed Rashed Mohammed; Commissioner for Education, Lagos State, Mrs. Folashade Adefisayo; Commissioner for Education, Zamfara state, Hon. Zurumi Nasiru and the Global Teacher Prize Winner 2021 USA, Keisha Thorpe.
Other speakers include Professional Development expert, UK, Patricia De Greise; Chief Executive Officer, Teach for Nigeria, Folawe Omikunle; and Maltina Teacher of the year 2020, Nigeria, Bunmi Anani.
Jane Checkecheke, Trust Mutekwe, Stella Gyimaah Larbi, Oluwaseyi Anifowose, Ha Kim Phuong, Olelekan Areola Odusanya and Renia Lampon will also participate in the panel session at the Educators Conference.
