The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Osun State Chapter, is set to honour the Acting Director of the Centre for Research, Innovation, and Technology and Mass Communication Lecturer at Fountain University, Osogbo, Dr. Rasheed Adebiyi as the Best Public Relations Lecturer of the Year.
